All repairs due to wear and tear, including replacement parts and labor, are all included as part of your rental agreement. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge. We do not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.

We require a 6-month minimum renting term as part of all renting contracts. After the minimum term, all plans are month-to-month with no penalties for cancelation. To cancel, simply notify us via email or phone and we will set a date to remove your units.

Yes, you can add to your package at any point during the renting period. Just notify us of your desire to upgrade, and we will install your upgraded appliance package and change your payment amount accordingly. At any point past the initial 6 month term you can downgrade or cancel your package.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are automatically processed monthly.

No, due to liability we do not support gas hookups; we only install electric dryers. If you’re unsure which type you have, here’s how to tell. If you see: • A large 3- or 4-prong outlet - you have hookups for an electric dryer • A small gas line with a shutoff valve - you have hookups for a gas dryer Gas dryers are more commonly seen in standalone homes and duplexes/triplexes vs. in larger multi-family apartment communities. If you're not sure - just send us a picture of your dryer hookup!

Yes, we can support installs for either a 3-prong dryer or a 4-prong dryer hookup.

We install gently used washers and dryers similar to the ones we display on our website. We can’t show you an exact picture of the units we’ll install, because models vary from install to install. Expect a standard-size white top load washer and standard size white front loading dryer, like those you see here.

No problem at all, provided your new location is still within our Austin service area. There is a one time move fee of $35. We will remove and safely install units without disruption to your service.
